Thank you installer : Narindra !I set up my appointment using their online scheduler and paid online. This was the easiest major car repair I’ve ever done. Within minutes I received a phone call from the Greenbean to discuss what was going to happen when the installer arrived. And to my surprise they were actually able to change my appointment to that day rather than having to schedule out few daysThe installer Narindra called me a 1/2 hr for before he arrived and he arrived on time . He was very nice and knowledgeable. He even showed me a few items to check on my Prius . He checked all the codes when completed and took the car for a test drive . The install took an hour to complete and I am up and running . This has been a great experience and I am super impressed . I have a life time warranty on my battery and my Gen 2 Prius already has 160k on it to I am hoping for another 100k or more !

When I came across GREENBEAN BATTERY over the internet I promise I thought it was too good to be true, and possibly a scam! Honestly! I began reading the reviews and just doing some serious research on this company, I’ve never heard of a company that offers the type of service GREEN BEAN BATTERY offers in my life! And let’s just say I’ve been here a while.. lol I would recommend this company to ANY ONE ON THIS PLANTED that has a hybrid battery issue.. BILLY was AWESOME!!! he explained step by step his process, took the time to test drive it and made sure none of those annoying warning lights come on again!!! He even sanitized my car when he was finished! Because of GREEN BEAN BATTERY & the Technician BILLY I am so excited about my car it runs like new!!!!

My beloved 2004 Prius didn’t like the cold blast we had here in Texas. I was heartbroken when she wouldn’t start and had so many warning lights. After much research, I realized my hybrid battery needed replaced. Being she is 17 years old, I felt it was time to give her some TLC. Green Bean Battery to the rescue. I was hoping they would be able to do the replacement in a week or less. I never thought they would be able to come the very same day! Johnathan Disano was the young man who replaced the battery. He was very professional as well as quite knowledgeable. It was a delight talking to him. He had the whole thing replaced and buttoned up in record time. He took it for a test drive and cleaned it up due to COVID. The entire process from start, thank you Jawad from sales, to having Johnathan doing the repair was so much easier than I expected. I found Green Bean a year ago, but I was skeptical I must admit. All of 2020 our Prius was nothing but a dust collector, and I really had no idea what we were going to do with it. Looking back, I wish I would have gone ahead w/ Green Bean since the get-go. They were awesome from beginning to end. My installer was Marlon, super nice guy! He was super knowledgeable, quick and friendly, plus he came the same day I booked my appointment at 5:30pm. It was unreal to have my Prius up and running after one long year, in a matter of hours since I decided to go with Green Bean. WOW!!!!! My car has 161k miles and the "Check Hybrid System" warning come up. I take the car to Autozone and pull the codes and it comes up as "P0A7F – Hybrid Battery Pack Deterioration". My worst fear from when I bought the car in 2014 came true, the battery is dying. I jump online and start to look at youtube on how to replace it, then look at batteries I can buy. Lexus wanted $3800 for the battery and who knows how much to install it.My wife was also looking and came across a couple of services that will install refurbished batteries at your house. I look at a couple and come across Green Bean Battery. They offer a lifetime warranty (better than any others out there) and their reviews are very good so I give them a call. The person that answered was knowledgeable about the car and systems and answered all my questions. When I asked when it could be done, he said, "how about tomorrow?" I said let's do it and paid a $250 deposit.The next morning, the tech called and said he was running EARLY (that never happens) and showed up and had the battery replaced in about 35 minutes. He even let me watch and ask questions. He ran a scan of the car while he was here and everything was clear (thank goodness) and he was on his way after the test drive. Great service, product, and idea.I hope I never have to use the warranty but I am very sure I will be taken care of if I have to. Super impressed all the way around and will recommend this company to everyone I know with hybrid. Keep up the good work.

My installer, Matt, was awesome! He was prompt and very helpful. He made sure that the battery was working well and all codes related to the battery were clear before he left. I have a 2010 Lexus RX 450h and my hybrid battery went out. After I had my mechanic diagnosed and give me the right codes I called green bean battery and they were able to help me right away. I called on a Friday and they made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Matt my technician showed up early for My appointment. Matt also explained how long it was going to take what he was going to be doing and let me know he was going to be taking the car on a test drive. He was finished about a half an hour before he said he would be done. I'm super grateful for finding a place that had a good warranty on a reconditioned battery. I was very pleased with the service of Green bean Battery. We bought a used 2007 Camry Hybrid and knew it would only be a matter of time before we would need to replace the battery. Originally we took our car to a local repair shop and they wanted $4600+ to install a new battery. Definitely out of my budget, so I did some research online and found Green Bean.They were able to schedule the appointment right away, mobile installation at my home, right in my driveway.The installer Tom was very easy going, made the process clean and simple. I went online and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. 20 minutes later I received a call to confirm my appointment. However, the caller stated that they could have someone come to me that very day. I was all for that. The tech, Adam, called and left a msg that he was on the way. He even texted to let me know he'd be few minutes later than anticipated because he needed to stop for fuel.He arrived, chatted with me briefly and went right to work. About 30 minutes later he let me know he was finished installing the battery (at my home), had test driven it and cleared all the codes.Adam and Green Bean Battery are amazing. I can't recommend them enough. Our 2007 Prius drives like new. Thanks!!!!

Thank you technician JAMES FRYE!Wow. I cannot believe how awesome this experience was. My battery in my Gen 2 Prius went down on a Saturday. The dealership quoted me nearly $4000 with a 1 year warranty. (GULP). On to Google for checking prices from reputable companies, fully intending to have to install it myself, and go through the extra CORE charge refund procedure for the old battery. And there they were, GREEN BEAN BATTERY, looking way too good to be true. I entered my info and received a call 5 minutes later. The amazing tech (James) came out to my house (and I live a long ways from the city), had my new battery in, codes reset, and test driven by 4:30pm Monday. Literally took less than an hour. And all this for less than most batteries without installation. Oh, and a lifetime warranty with no fine print? Me and my neighbor are both just floored. Recommending to all my hybrid owning friends. Just had a replacement done in my Gen2 Prius this morning, so far so good. Marc Dudek came out, great guy, professional, friendly, happy to talk shop and help me understand more about Prius tech.The whole process was smooth, from the initial ordering on the site, to the confirmation call, scheduling, payment, etc. Can't beat the lifetime warranty and almost nation-wide coverage either, especially if you don't know if you'll be in a new state by the time your hybrid battery goes out.This was the smarter choice for us than getting one of the brand new cylindrical style batteries installed by my mechanic. The warranty was the deciding factor here. I also bought an OBD scanner so that I could supply error codes to Green Bean, if and when this battery goes out.Again, just had the replacement this morning, so no long term experience, but so far it has been a pleasure to work with them.

Amazing Customer Service! I just called to schedule an appointment on Tuesday and my battery was installed the very next day (they actually contacted me to do it the same day, but I wasn’t available). Luke Danner, the Sales Manager was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the battery and warranty before I scheduled my appointment. The following day, Len, my installer came to install the Prius battery within 40 minutes on my driveway! He was so friendly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company if you love your hybrid! My 2006 Prius has 313,000 miles and this is my third battery. Great Price and service... Toyota dealership wanted $3000 for a replacement battery for a 2005 Prius and said they would have my car back in 2 days. I requested an appointment online and within an hour Maxwell called to confirm my appointment and explain their process. The next day the technician Brock came out and replaced the battery while I was at work. The process was very smooth and I'm 100% satisfied.You can't beat the price of a green bean replacement battery. Don't hesitate buying a Green bean battery!! I was in your shoes, shopping around, trying to decide between an OEM or refurbished. I have a 2009 Tahoe Hybrid. The Green Bean transaction was smooth and easy. We had two great experiences with both Green Bean techs. I called at 10 am Friday and tech was at my driveway 3:30 pm same day. Anthony, the 1st tech drove from Houston to DFW. He was very prompt and courteous. The 1st battery that was replaced ended up with a "Service Hybrid System" several days later. We took our vehicle to the dealership for a diagnostic and then forwarded the info onto Green Bean. Green Bean sent a 2nd tech, Johnathan, also from Houston out to the house and replaced with a different battery. Jonathan was in constant contact with me due to traffic/snow/sleet mix on his commute to DFW.Dedication!! Ever since, my vehicle has had NO issues and drives like new again. With a lifetime warranty, great price & amazing service, I highly recommend using Green Bean!! They live up to their warranty!

Timeline:4:50pm - set website appointment (opening at 8pm, same night). Odd…5:08pm - Received phone call from Dawn to confirm and discuss the procedure/billing. Dawn says it’s still a go. Pushed appointment to 9pm. I have doubt because of impending snow…9:20pm - James (technician) called and said that he’s running late due to snow traffic conditions. I request to move the appointment for safety but he declines and would rather do it tonight than in the morning. OK but I’m still doubtful.10:37pm - James arrives. Starts work. I request no power tools because it’s late. He agrees. I’m impressed.11:52pm – James completes install. Gives a brief on how to groom the battery and other diagnostic tips. Leaves me his card and cell phone number in case I have issues. Still impressed. VERY impressed.SO – in a span of roughly seven hours, I have an HV Prius battery (with a lifetime warranty that’s transferrable) INSTALLED IN A SNOW STORM; I’ve had oil changes take longer.... I have a 2013 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid. I needed a new hybrid battery and they sent a technician (Josh) out to my house the next day and did the job in about an hour. He is a very nice guy and he knew exactly what he was doing. I would not go with any other company. Green Bean is a very convenient option and saves you thousands as opposed to what a dealer would charge for a brand new battery. I love that the battery comes with a lifetime warranty too. It was certainly an amazing experience that I had with Green Bean Battery. I got the "Red Triangle of Death" on my dashboard on the 17th of Feb 2021 when my wife came home after picking up some food. Called Green Bean Battery the next afternoon and made an appointment which was for the same day (02/18/21) at 6pm. I live in Indianapois, In and the tech came out of Michigan. Steven Z could not have been a better man. He did a awesome job with the install and finished in less than an hour. If every business did this kind of five star work, no one would have any reason to complain. Absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had. I've been on a bit of a journey regarding the battery in my 2005 Prius in the last couple of years. The car was showing a P0A80 triangle every fifteen minutes after a reconditioning one month ago. I made the decision to go with a Green Bean replacement, and could not be more pleased. I got an installation appointment for the same day I called, and Frank from Santa Clara had the new battery installed without fuss in less than an hour. There is a noticeable improvement in performance, and the price was certainly competitive. Highly recommended!

I needed a replacement battery for my 2009 Toyota Prius. After some searching, my brother referred me to Green Bean's website. I went on a made the selections (really easy user experience), found a good no-nonsense price, picked a service date and then Luke & Max gave me a call right away to confirm the service date. They were really detailed in explaining the service date activities needed.On the date of installation, Len (service technician) gave me a text to advise of his ETA and he arrived on time. Performed the service and ran some after service tests before leaving.Here's the thing - it's a Lifetime Warranty, on the battery - so if it dies in a year or two or three, Green Bean will come out and replace it. Pretty easy and a lot cheaper than going to a Toyota Dealer.

I called and spoke with Arin initially and it was an overall excellent transaction. The customer service is superb. A day later, Len came out and installed the battery. The lady of the house was present while Len completed the work with in a half hour. A year later and many many miles, the red triangle of death reared its ugly head once again... I had an almost exact same experience with these two same gentleman. Arin crushed it and he said I didn’t have anything to worry about.. I was in shock... surely this company would try to worm their way out of the warranty some how! Right? Wrong... the warranty is real... the customer service was superb... and Len came out and all the while holding a very excellent conversation with myself, Len beat is intial replacement time.. the whole thing took 25 minutes... I felt compelled to immediately call the office and in form them how happy I was with the service and with Len. It’s most appreciated when a company has incredible employees, wonderful warranty’s and good old fashioned values and customer service that is hard to find these days..If you need a hybrid battery just do your self a favor and call Green Bean... I am so glad I did..

I've been borderline unable to drive my Prius for about six months due to battery pack/12v battery issues, so I gave Green Bean a try to replace the hybrid pack. What a great service. We have a 2007 Camry hybrid which has served us well. After 14 years we didn’t want to get a new car and needed a better option than an expensive new hybrid battery. We found Green Bean Battery and the price seemed too good to be true but it’s not. For 1/3 of the price of new, GBB sent an installer to our little rural town with a refurbished battery and a lifetime warranty. The car drives beautifully and Scott, the installer was great. Great experience in Greater Seattle area. Battery failed on morning of Superbowl Sunday (2/7/2021). Very easy to engage with the company via chatbot on their website, followed by them contacting by phone to complete the process - started engagement around noon. James Frye arrived at scheduled time of 3pm and completed the work in about an hour. He even located a previously lost interior trim screw so left things better than he found them. Overall this was great experience, and puts dealer to shame. Can't complain about a lifetime warranty either as this is the 4th aftermarket battery rebuild I've put in this car :).

Wow what a positive experience. I had a problem with my battery and spoke to Javaad who scheduled an appt. for 2/9. Then on Sunday the tech -Frank called and asked if I would prefer to replace the battery on Sun 2/7 and of course I said yes. Frank did an excellent job and was done within 45 minutes with the replacement, Test drive and reset of codes. I couldn't ask for more as he also answered she questions for me, and gave me relevant info on the hybrid battery and how it works. Thanks Javaad and Frank for your help, as I was able to drive to work today. Great Customer Service and done before schedule, and I doubt I could have gotten that from Toyota. Also, the price was un-beatable and to think lifetime warranty for as long as I own the car. MO $$

I live in the middle of nowhere and they were still able to help me and made it out to my place in less than a week. My car was completely dead after sitting for a couple weeks because I thought I was going to try and sell it, I couldn't afford what the shop quoted me, the technician was able to jump the 12 volt battery and made sure it held a charge before he left. I called at 4 PM and asked for the next available appointment. He said, we can do it today at 6:30 PM! That alone deserves 5 stars. The installer, Narindra, came 45 minute early to my home, worked with his wife and worked efficiently to dismantle the car, remove the battery and installed the refurbished one. He even saw water leakage and gave me tips on how to protect the car and cleaned out the fan. The phone guy said the old battery is refurbished if they can and recycled responsibly if they can't. And they do it for less than half the price of the dealer. So if I could give 6 stars, I would. Superfast service, done at your home, at half the price and better for the environment with a very nice and informed installer. You have to be nuts not to use this service.

Green Bean Battery is the best company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I called on Saturday about three weeks ago expecting to have to wait 3 to 5 days or more to have a battery installed in my Prius. I was told that they could install it that same day in about three hours and that the installation would take about an hour and a half. The installer showed up on time and a hour and a half latter the installation was complete. I was more than impressed, not only the get a new battery the same day I called but more importantly by the professionalism and courteous service of the person I talked to when I called and by Toni Maxwell the installer. As if that wasn’t enough, the battery comes with a lifetime warranty. You can’t ask for anything better that. I would and will recommend Green Bean to everyone I know who owns a hybrid car. I had James Frye come out 15 mins early, was very nice and efficient in changing my battery. I have a Yukon Hybrid and the battery is huge. He was very friendly and taught me a lot while moving the huge batteries in and out of my car. So far so good. Adam installed the battery in my car in about an hour. I’ve driven the car 300 miles since with no issues. Adam was great to work with and showed up when he said he would. Customer service from green bean was excellent. I’m hoping to drive this car another 3-5 years, so I’m curious to see if I will need the lifetime warranty during that time and how that is handled. At the moment, I’m extremely happy with the service that was provided for a price that was better than anywhere else I looked. It was a great feeling knowing that within 24 hours of calling my car was driving again.

Green Bean is by far the obvious choice for a replacement battery. I figured out how to DYI the bad cells, but they come about every 6 months. I decided to wait several weeks before posting my review to make sure everything was as great as I hoped. It's a pricey repair so I was a bit nervous about whole thing. Marc came all the way to Savannah from North Carolina ON A SUNDAY just to replace my battery! I can't articulate just how grateful I am for such prompt and friendly service. Marc was very personable and shared a wealth of knowledge while replacing my battery. The price was very reasonable considering the fact that this company carries a lifetime warranty on their batteries unlike Toyota who would've charged me 3 times the price but mustn't have enough confidence in their own parts to guarantee them for the life of the vehicle. Johnathan DiSano was the tech for my ‘08 Camry. He was quite professional while at the same time personable and open. This guy spent extra time doing each step of the battery replacement just right, from the main electrics and checking multiple fuses, to the cooling fan cleaning, to making sure each piece of trim was back properly. I was having some battery trouble with my Prius C and went somewhere else to receive a temporary fix. That temporary fix only lasted about a week, so I googled hybrid batteries and searched for the best price. My 2010 Prius had 202,000 miles when all the check engine lights came on. The dealership diagnosed the demise of the big battery, and quoted me $3700 for a new one. This is not my first Prius, nor my first rodeo with a dead battery. I purchased a new battery through the dealership for my 2005 Prius for $3500, and within a month the car was totaled in an accident. OUCH. My next Prius, when the battery died, I found a mechanic who replaced individual cells to keep the car running... three times at $300 a pop. OUCH. I own an 05 Prius. the battery had been replaced 6 months before I bought it, and within 12 months of buying the car, the battery started dying. The dealership gave me a hard time getting it replaced because the owner of the vehicle had changed. They finally (reluctantly) agreed to replace under warranty, but I had to pay for the battery and the labor, and they would reimburse me for the battery (VERY SKETCHY). They did reimburse me 4 weeks later, and 3 years and 2 months later, the battery dies again... they would not replace under warranty because it had been 5 years since the original battery replacement. I was told that I would need to come out of pocket another $2500 to get a "reconditioned" battery with a 1 year warranty... I went online and found Greenbean. They came to my house the very next day and replaced the battery for $1449 with a lifetime warranty. The installer was professional, courteous, FAST, and meticulous! The Car drives like new now (although it's only been a day) I will update if needed. I can't review the warranty yet, but I've already saved about $1,000 over the stealership.

I am satisfied with the experience with Green Bean Battery. I called to set an appointment and spoke with Luke, he’s was courteous and he made sure that my appointment was set for the best time to work with my schedule. My appointment was set for the next day at 2pm. I was sent a few reminders about my appointment beforehand. Brock Stricklen was the tech that showed up and he gave me a phone call before showing up to make sure the car was ready for him to work on. When Brock showed up he immediately went to work on the car. After the Green Bean battery was installed we test drove the car and everything worked as it should! He explained the warranty and he answered any questions I had about the car. Brock was very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you for getting the car fixed in such a short time!

As many other Prius owners will know, there can come a time when you get the red triangle of death and an explosion of other warning lights that lead you to find out that you have to replace the hybrid battery pack. It is expensive no matter how you approach the problem. Getting what you need to do a proper job of going down the DIY route can be nearly as expensive as a new battery pack unless you already know someone who has spent money on the equipment. I looked at all of my options and finally settled on Green Bean Battery. I could of gone a little cheaper, but the lifetime, transferrable warranty sold me on the company (assuming the warranty works out as promised).The experience of setting up the appointment was straightforward. I simply filled out the appointment request form online, for the next day, and they called me very quickly to confirm my details and the appointment time and place. Mark, the installer, met me the next day at my location right on time. He came across as knowledgeable and efficient. Within 30 minutes he was into the car, did the swap, and had everything checked and closed back up. He managed this despite fielding all of my curiosity questions lobbed at him from several feet away. He did a quick test drive and everything seemed to be sorted out.Unfortunately there was a hitch. Sometime after Mark left, I was finally able to take a few minutes to take the car out for a quick spin. Sadly, the errors returned. Fortunately I do have my own OBD scanner, they are easily to be found fairly cheap on amazon after all, and was able to confirm that it was the same error. Apparently I got a dud battery pack.I called Mark immediately and he simply told me to call the office and he would turn around and started heading back to my location immediately with a different battery pack in anticipation of the office telling him to do just that. I called the office using the contact number provided on the warranty. I explained the problem. They asked me to confirm the error code that had popped up. They then explained that they would have the installer turn around and come sort the issue out immediately. The call took less than 5 minutes. I received no run around, no being put on hold, they simply moved to resolve the issue right away.Mark returned to me as quickly as promised with another battery pack. He was just as quick to swap this one for the dud. Just to be sure, he went through some additional steps and took a much longer test drive to try to ensure that there would be no repetition of the problem. 24 hours later, all continues to work as it should.Some may choose to find fault with the installation of what turned out to be a dud pack the first time. Perhaps the pack had simply sat on a shelf a little too long after having been rebuilt. I, on the other hand, appreciate the nature of what they are trying to do and the logistics of providing that service. It is always possible for problems to crop up. What I took away from the experience is that, Mark was fantastic, and when there was a problem they jumped right on it without hesitation or complication. That is the kind of responsive service that gives me confidence in their warranty and what extra I paid for that service in the price.These are refurbished, reconditioned batteries, not new ones. There are potential issues there that you simply won’t see as often with new batteries. It is what it is. The important part is how you deal with those issues and Mark, as well as Green Bean, show me something of how they deal with issues. Despite the dud battery, I was very pleased with the people I interacted with and the experience as a whole. I still hate spending that much money at once, who doesn’t, but the experience left me feeling as though I likely spent it the best way I could have under the circumstances. Thank you Mark and thank you to the folks in the office.BTW, to anyone who might read this… I can’t recommended that you get your own OBD reader highly enough.

Mat the installer from Green Bean Battery did a great job, my sisters Toyota Prius had the main battery replaced and was quoted a ridiculous amount from the factory. After a Google search I found Green Bean and was quoted a reasonable price including the installation with a life time warranty.Mat the installer called the day of her scheduled install and asked if he can come early, that was awsome!! He replaced the faulty main battery, test drove the Prius and corrected the trouble codes.My sister was ecstatic that her car was fixed at a fraction from what the dealer asked and that Green Bean came to us.Green Bean is a great company with reasonable cost for repair and the installer was professional.Thank you Mat the installer and Green Bean.

I requested a battery replacement on a Sunday and they sent out a tech named Tom Tuesday afternoon. Tom was quick and kind, entertaining any questions I had. It only took about an hour and a half and he had my car put back together and I was back on the road. I highly recommend both Green Bean Battery and the technician Tom.

Had a good experience with Green Bean Battery! Called them and they came out to the house and I never had to interact in person with anyone. Very covid responsible!!!!!! Ali was the installer closest to my house and he did a marvelous job and test drove the car after. He communicated well each step of the way. As did Maxell, who I talked to initially at GBB. One thing I might suggest is to make sure you know it is the hybrid battery that needs to be replaced. I was told by the first person at GBB (I believe his name is Madison?) that because my car did not start that I would have to pay the full amount upfront. My concern was that they were going to install the reconditioned batter regardless of if it needed it or not and I would be out the $1649 charge. They are the experts! And should know whether the battery ACTUALLY needs replacement. And if it doesn't they should charge for a service diagnostic fee of whatever but not $1649! The other concern is if it fails there are too many loopholes in their warranty. They stress LIFETIME but.......It is limited lifetime and you have to send in pics or get it diagnosed and send in proof. Lots of what I feel are unnecessary hoops to jump through and time to spend dotting the i's and crossing the T's. I replaced the 12 volt and the car initially did not even run with just the engine. Still don't know why but later in the week after buying a obd2 scanner it did finally start and was able to only have to put up a deposit. By that time also I was able to verify the hybrid battery was bad with the error codes. And like I said before I had a great experience with the swap out! If you have the time ..... make sure it is the hybrid battery though and read their warranty. Don't think it better just because it is LIFETIME.

I have a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe hybrid 4wdI have looked on the Internet for a while to find out when the battery fell what is the symptoms I haven't seen anybody experienced the same symptoms as my car had Just keep in mind if your car Start sounding like if it wants to stop what are you driving and The transmission start cranking like if it's has problems every time when you make a stop can accelerate it is 100% your battery is dying I recommend change it as soon as possible I called green battery they came the next day and they replace it for the price of $2549 it was amazing experience the guys that came and change the battery they were very experienced in this field they know exactly what to do and it's only take them about an hour to do it they tested the car after they finish the work and I was happy with the service the guy name is narindra Super friendly

This place is awesome. Let me start by saying if you don’t have the money or the time or whatever it may be at the time, they will work with you. Started off with more than enough information given in the beginning about 4 months ago.Then led to Maxwell Tomi keeping in touch all throughout that time. AND answering my phone calls when had random question haha. Can’t find customer service like this anywhere and I greatly appreciate it.Next led to Bill who was Uber professional. Called the day before, and morning of. Arrived early. Fixed it, realized I needed a 12V battery replaced as well, gave me an honest opinion and went with it that as well. Again, test drove it a few times, allowed it to “juice” up some. And was on the way. I loved every step of it. I’m so grateful a friend referred me to Green Bean. My Prius C hybrid battery died out right past the 150k mileage mark, and I needed to get it replaced. Garages and other sources quoted 3 to 4 k for replacement, but I decided to go the refurbished route, as I really couldn’t find any cons to it. Got a new (refurbished) battery for $1549 with these guys. They come to you. Tom was my installation technician, and I spoke with Maxwell over the phone. I was so happy with the service I received. The customer service was so wonderful, I was able to set up an appointment the same day. Matt came to install my new battery, he was so professional and communicated with me to let me know his ETA and afterwards communicated what was done and left my car in tip top shape. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone, their prices are reasonable and their service is 10/10. Hassle free set up and lifetime warranty for their batteries. Do not sleep on them!

I made an appointment on Monday and the battery was replaced in Wednesday. Tom called Wednesday morning and arrived early. He replaced the battery and test drove it and the car was back to its former self. Very pleased.Additional info-I drove my car 509 miles round trip last weekend and the battery was a non issue. I think my gas mileage actually improved.Updates: The hybrid light came on and it was diagnosed as a problem with the hybrid battery. After calling and filing the paper work an installer came out and replaced it the next day. Very impressed with the response. Thanks Arin for the fast response and Frank for the quick installation.

John DiSano was my installer, and he couldn't have been more professional. He arrived when scheduled, was prepared and efficient in his install, and was very knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions. Highest recommendation for him.UPDATE: my replacement battery failed. This might be the kind of thing that would set some people off, but I just see it as an example of stuff happens. What matters is how Green Bean responds. In a word: perfectly. I sent them (on Thanksgiving) the (free) scan from Autozone showing the P0A80 code and they had an installer out the following Saturday. Anthony did the install and he was just as great as John. Great customer service.

My son was away at college 10.5 hours away from home when the dreaded yellow triangle appeared. Dawn, the Green Bean salesperson got his appointment scheduled for the next day, Brock Strickland, the tech installed the battery , made sure all warning lights were off and test drove the car. Thankful for Green Bean’s excellent service and the fact it was 1/2 the price of what the dealership was going to charge me. Excellent and fast service! Bill (William) came out to provide the service at our door step the very next day. Honest, professional and to put it simply a very nice person who helped fix our Camry hybrid. Jawad answered my questions through phone and scheduled the service right away. I wish I heard about this company a year ago when the problem with our car started. I hope the company puts up more ads for themselves in youtube etc.. In general, local mechanics stay away from servicing battery issues with hybrid cars and the dealers will ask hefty amount to replace. Getting the battery replaced at half the cost from green bean is the best option in my opinion. I totally recommend this company.

I can’t say enough about how professional Green Bean Battery was from the call through installation. I called on 10/20/20 at about 11:00 in the afternoon. Jawad took the call and couldn’t of been more helpful. He was able to get me an appointment the same day! Matt was the technician who came out and installed my battery. He was very personable and was very fast. The whole install took about 30 min. He took the car for a test ride and all codes were gone. I am not only pleased with the price and the lifetime warranty, but the overall experience was top notch! 5 hours after my call, I have a working car, unbelievable!!

I love the convenience of this!! I was not thrilled when I saw that dreaded P0A80 code come up on the code reader along with the red triangle of death and check engine light. I know batteries are expensive, and probably would be more than I paid for the entire car if I went to the dealership. Thankfully I did some research online and found out a out green bean battery. A much more affordable solution, and it's great that they come to you!Len, the installer, was great. And the lifetime warranty helped me feel like I made the right decision. Even if I do have to replace it again in a few years I know I'm covered. Now if only it were possible to do a similar service for the catalytic converters on Priuses in California....

I was having issues with my 2012 Prius C. When I took it to the dealership for a diagnostic, they said I needed a new hybrid battery and quoted me a price of $3,742! Scott was profesional and effective with his installation process. He took the time to clean the fan and install the battery in better conditions. He explained that a doble fuse could improve power in the battery for better performance. I appreciate the effort to speak in Spanish, as he was in Colombia for 6 months studying the language. Very fluent and good conversation. The car was tested and functional. I recommend Green Bean Battery.

Brock was extremely punctual and proficient in what he does. He had the battery installed in short-order order and was smiling the whole time. Could not ask for a more professional installer than Brock!!!! My salesman that made the appointment for the install was also excellent and was able to answer every question that I had about the Hybrid battery and took the time to explain the companies reconditioning method. The technician Matt texted me an hour before to let me know he was on his way and then called me when he arrived. With contactless install, I left my keys in the car and opened up my garage and he was done in thirty minutes!! Great service!!

I couldn't have had a better experience with green bean battery. I called on a Thursday morning, and they set me up for an appointment the following day to replace my Prius battery (They actually could have been there that day but I was at work). The next morning the tech, Adam, came out to install the battery. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He finished the installation in about 45 minutes. This was about two weeks ago and my car is running great. I really couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Wow, talk about great service. I started by chatting with a live person on their website because I had some questions, then someone called me, Jawad. He was very friendly and helpful. In less then a couple of hours I had someone installing my battery here at my drive way! So convenient! The technician Len was on time, professional, and really nice. Answered any questions I had. The warranty is great! The technician was also very careful to sanitize surfaces and wear a mask, very reassuring during covid times. Having to get batteries replaced is never fun but this company made is easy and convenient.

Roman (installer) drove down over an hour to south jersey to replace the hybrid battery in my 2013 Prius V. He called before arriving and arrived just before our scheduled 10am appointment, which I made the day before. That’s some quick service! My vehicle had almost no downtime, which is obviously so convenient. We are a very busy family.I’m a curious person and ask a lot of questions. Roman was very gracious and patient, explaining the whole process to me as he went about his work. You could tell this young man knew what he was doing. Roman finished up in under an hour and we test drove the vehicle for a bit to make sure everything was in order.The Prius runs like it’s supposed to now. I won’t have to worry about it again with the lifetime warranty Green Bean provides.A very positive experience and I thank Roman for making the process so quick and easy.

After talking to the GMC dealership I was going to be forced to pay nearly $7K for new hybrid batteries for my Yukon, researched and found Green Bean, they came out the next day (literally) put in a new battery. Then it still wouldn't run, Tom the tech figured out what the problem was for me. I needed to purchase a new cut off switch (dont remember the technical name of it), he helped me find the piece. It took a week to get to me. Tom came out the next dat AGAIN and put the piece on and my Yukon hasnt ran this good since I bought it brand new 12 years ago! I recommend Green Bean to anyone that needs batteries!! Everyone was accommodating, nice, helpful, and cool AF. LOVE THIS PLACE. NOT TO MENTION.... they saved me damn near $4500!!!

I originally schedule an appointment for 6:30pm but they were able to come earlier which was perfect. Matt came to my house and in about 45-1hr he test drove my car and he was on his way. 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid / Excellent Condition / 62,000 miles - Code #POA7F Hybrid Battery Deterioration. I received terrific replacement and installation service from Johnathan Disano, GBB Technician. I had an appointment time and Johnathan called prior to arrival and advised of his arrival time, as he travelled from a considerable distance. The convenience of the technician coming to my site can't be beat. The process of ordering the repair was very good and easy to coordinate through Green Bean Battery's primary phone number with Amber, Represenitive. Amber was very professional and proficient. Upon deciding to make the purchase, on a Friday, the repair was able to be scheduled for the upcoming Monday. The installation was done yesterday and everything is working well. Jonathan was courteous, professional, and very competent. The repair was approximately an hour, including test driving. The battery cells are new, not reconditioned. The expense with Green Bean was half ($2,149) of my Honda dealership ($4,200). Before deciding to purchase, I called Green Bean's main number several times with questions and spoke with Lucas, Gerard, and Maxwell who all also provided good information and help. I am very pleased all around.
